Trek and Fly is located a few minutes away from Pedra da Gavea mountain where excelent climbing and trekking are practiced. We are located at the footsteps of the world's largest urban forest: Tijuca, where you will find exuberant flora, fauna, waterfalls, rivers, lakes and historic buildings as you walk/drive-up the mountain. We are close to the cleanest beaches in Rio; Barra da Tijuca and Recreio. As you take a city bus (it costs ONE EURO!)the trip takes 15 minutes going through perhaps the most beautiful, greenest mountain-road in the city. We are the nearest to Engenhao Stadium (soccer, football). Trek and Fly is located about 200 meters away from a SUBWAY station (SAENZ PENA)and bus stops with 20 minute connections to Copacabana, Ipanema, Sugar loaf, Christ Statue(corcovado), all places in Rio. There are many restaurants, cinemas, theatres, Shopping centers, schools of Samba, street samba parades, you name! attraction all around us. Our neighboroud is vibrant and never stops. We feature tours to many of Rio's monuments and sightseeing such as Copacabana beach , Christ statue on top of the mountain (corcovado) sugar loaf cable car, etc . We have new beds and mattresses, free linen, fans, A/C, fans, a small swimming pool. There are TVs, DVd, big screen tv, We sell beer and drinks at regular down to earth prices. We provide guests with free wi-fi internet, we book maximum 20 people at a time so you will not be surrounded with 'guests' all around you!
We serve tropical breakfast consisted of fruits and tropical juices, fruits as well as bread, coffee, milk and tea. (during events and certain times of High Occupancy)

Unlike most airports in the world, there are no subway/train direct links from/to the airport to the city.
There are taxis available but are very expensive, at nearly extortion prices! Real Auto ônibus operates the Executive Bus Service number 2018 (Ticket counters for this bus service can be found at the arrivals area of both terminals).
This bus runs half-hourly (between 05:30 and 22:30 hours) from Galeão Airport to Botafogo subway station (In Brazil is called Estação Metrô), get off at Botafogo and take the subway line 1 to SAENZ PENA station(last stop)walk to Rua General Roca wich is off the main square Saenz Pena. we are about 200 meters up on the right.
If you are coming from Santos Dumont Airport take the bus 410 at the airport going to SAENZ PENA and get off at the last stop. walk to General Roca Street wich is off the square, we are on the left about 200 meters from the square.
Coming from the main bus station (in Brazil is called RODOVIARIA)take any bus going to SAENZ PENA and get off at the last stop.
